Our offering

Fibre Partners provide ‘hands on’ consultancy and executive services to those SME’s that require objectivity, market knowledge and executive leadership to drive company growth.

With a strategic and analytical approach, we divide our business growth strategy into three components that can be retained as ‘end to end’ engagement or simply on a project-by-project basis.

Business Assessment

A fact based strategic review starting with financial performance through to market position, quality of operations, company structure and technological efficiencies.  As a result we will define the major value drivers with a focus on profitable growth versus pure top line growth, identified opportunities feed into the next planning stage.

Planning

Opportunities from the assessment will form a short list of initiatives developed in consultation with the management team, with accountabilities and ROI criteria clearly defined.  These initiatives will be prioritised to achieve profitable growth and may include the introduction of; business efficiencies, new technologies, sales and marketing initiatives, sourcing of commercial partnerships, change management, people and culture etc.

Implementation

With support from the management team, Fibre Partners will take full responsibility for integration of pre-agreed initiatives across the business to ensure achievement of company goals and financial targets.  As trusted advisers, this involvement will be a cohesive and positive experience with mentoring and professional support extended throughout the process.

Our Success

Case Study: Retail Pharmaceutical

Assessment

The company has been in business for 20+ years and had enjoyed significant financial success riding the wave of increasing demand for anti-aging technologies and products.  With significant competition entering the market over the past 10 years, the company was losing market share and experiencing financial challenges for the first time since inception.  To survive, it was critical for the company to recognise and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to re-establish itself as a market leader.

Planning

An overarching strategic plan was developed to catapault procedures, processes, technologies and initiatives into today’s highly competitive pharmaceutical marketplace.  An overhaul of company culture and management style was also proposed to create a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

Implementation

Fibre Partners implemented significant change across all facets of the business by introducing efficient warehousing processes, technology advancement, digital marketing programmes, staff assessment/training and financial scrutiny. Through enormous change moving from a manual to digital/technology platform, this company is now forecast to meet and exceed financial targets moving forward.

Case Study: Tech start-up

Assessment

A cloud based SaaS ‘stakeholder engagement’ technology platform was developed as a multi-faceted ‘conference call’ facility to meet the need for an established Australian governing body.   This technology enables effective dispersement and feedback of information across multiple sites and multiple geographical regions in real time. In competition to other technologies of its kind, the USP was the ability to extend varying levels of access to members participating in the calls to adhere to confidentiality and security protocols.

This simple yet powerful solution was subsequently packaged and marketed to C level executives of major corporations.

Planning

An all-encompassing ‘go-to-market’ strategic plan was developed to clearly identify the market opportunity, major drivers and potential customers. The technology was also expanded and refined to meet global ‘best practice’ standards whilst retaining a subscription cost that represents good value against its competitors.

Implementation

Fibre Partners worked closely with the founding partners to implement a highly effective approach to marketing and sales.  The customer identification program was developed to meet pre-agreed ROI targets which were well exceeded and organic business enquiry targetstrebled within 6 months.

Additional product development has resulted in ‘take-up’ by their existing customer base.
